Children's cupcake decorating parties

Looking for something different for your Childs birthday party this year? We teach cupcake decorating parties, in our purpose built studio.

Your budding baker and their friends will each decorate 4 cupcakes with our guidance. We will freshly bake the cupcakes allowing the children to develop their decorating skills by piping buttercream, rolling out fondant and adding their hand made decorations.

Popular themes include animals, flowers and unicorns. However we can tailor the cupcake decoration theme to your child's preference - to be discussed when booking.

Classes are suitable for ages 6-16 group ability. Approximately1 - 2.5 hours depending on the speed and ability of the children, and the party package selected.

(suitable for children aged 3 - 6 please note adults must be present. Perfect for a private adult and child class e.g. 4 children and 4 adults)

platinum

£175 for 6 students - additional children £20pp

using a mixture of cutters, moulds and tools to create fondant cake toppers, using a range of skills to create professional looking cupcakes. The birthday boy/girl can pick a theme (unicorns, rainbows etc) or each child can create their own designs.

additional information

minimum spend is £100 per party

minimum of 6 students and maxim of 9 students per class, at one time.

The prices are based on 6 students per class, please note additional student prices apply. 1 adult per class must stay on site during the class. However, due to healthy and safety and space anyone else who isn't attending the class cannot stay. This means there isn't space for people (children, parents, sibling, babies/pushchairs) to stay in the classroom. The additional function room can be used for parents to enjoy refreshments/ cake whilst they wait or can be decorated whilst the children are decorating their cupcakes in the classroom. Arrangements can be made depending on your requirements - additional fees apply.

*we politely ask that you do not bring desserts/cake from another food supplier or cake maker, as this effects our business. We are happy to offer additional cupcakes or celebration cake as part of your birthday package, thank you for your corporation.

please note time scale is a rough guideline and is dependant on the speed and ability of the students.

Additional private function room which can be rented for the duration of the party. You can decorate the separate room as you wish and bring party food* for the children to enjoy, after they have decorated their cupcakes. (This allows you time to decorate and set up the room whilst the children are busy.)

The room is an additional charge of £20 for 3 hours - tea and coffee facilities are provided. There is a work surface for you to use and extendable table and chairs. (This cost is already included in the price for the gold and platinum party packages)

Parties can only be booked in-store where a 50% deposit must be made to secure the date. The rest is payable up to 2 weeks before the class date.

*Please double check your availability before booking your party as we are unable to offer a refund for parties and classes. In the unlikely event of a class/party being cancelled by Sunflour Cakery ltd a full refund will be given, or rescheduled for a convenient date.*
