learn the art of piping buttercream, working with sugar paste, modeling, using different tools, how to achieve professional looking cupcakes. This class is based on flowers and butterflies. learn how to use a range of equipement from modeling tools, cutters and moulds. learn how to make rolled flowers and icing flowers.

all ingredients, equpiment and aprons are provided. we recomend wearing comfy clothes, no jewlery and hair tied back.
tea, coffee, soft drinks and cake are included.
if you/person attending has any dietaries or allergies please let us know before booking so we can accomodate your needs - please note not all classes will be suitable.
please note due to health and safety reasons, there is no space for excess luggage, children/babies, partners etc to attend - only people booked on the course can attend.
imporant notice- due to health and hygiene you MUST NOT attend if you have sickness or diarrhoea less than 48 hours prior to the session. please give us as much notice as possible.

we have on site parking just outside the shop, however this is limited avaliablity - first come first served basis. There is on street parking, also avalible which is free, however please adhere to parking regulations. You will be able to pop out and move your car during the class- this is your responsibility to take note of the time and to remeber to move your car!
we are a 2 minute walk from yate train station, if you wish to catch the train or bus. please bare in mind the course you are attending - bring a bag to make it easier to take your creations home in (ikea bags are great!)
Cars are left at owners risk, we cannot take responsibility for any damage or fines.
