A few helpful answers to some questions you may have...
​
Q- How much notice do you need?
A- Cupcakes and tray bakes can be purchased over the counter, or you can pre order 24 hours notice required. We require a minimum of a weeks notice for simple celebration cakes, if we have availability. we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment e.g. 6 weeks.

Q -How much do you charge for celebration cakes?
A- All cakes are individually charged depending on size/how many you need to feed, complexity of design, amount of decoration and flavour of the cake.
most people send us a picture of a cake they like the look of and how many they need to feed so we can give you an idea on cost.

Q- Do you take deposits?
A- we require a minimum of 50% deposit to secure your collection date and process your order and the rest is due on collection, this is a non refundable deposit.

Q- How do I order?
A- the easiest way to order is pop into the shop, we can show you sizes, pictures and ideas and get your order secured straight away.
you can order through email, calling the shop or via facebook/instagram however we recommend allowing 5 days for a response the the shop is busy!

Q- Where are you bases?
A- Yate, in Bristol. The shop address is 24a North Road, Yate, BS37 7PA
just off Station Road in Yate, next door to Kellaways and Yate Car Sales near Stover Trading Estate.

Q- Do you deliver?
A- currently we only deliver wedding cakes, all celebration cakes and pre orders can be collected from the shop. you can also buy cupcakes and traybakes over the counter.

Q- Do you have parking?
A- we have private parking just outside for our customers, however this is also parking all alone North Road- parking restrictions apply
​
Q- Do you have seating/ are you a cafe?
A- no we are take away and collections only! we do not currently serve drinks, offer dinning onsite.

Q- Do you offer allergy friendly cakes?
A- yes, we have gluten free/vegan cupcakes on 'Without Wednesdays' available over the counter
or you can preorder for any collection date-
we can offer gluten free, vegan, dairy free, egg free and nut free cakes/traybakes.

Q- What are your opening times?
A- Tuesday 10:00 - 18:00
Wednesday - Friday 10:00 - 16:00
Saturday 10:00 - 14:00
Closed Sunday and Monday
Q-Where do you deliver postal traybakes?
A- postal traybakes are sent via Royal Mail and therefore can be sent anywhere in the UK!

Q- Do you deliver?
A- we deliver wedding cakes- additional fee, however we do not deliver celebration cakes- collection from the shop only. And postal traybakes are posted via Royal Mail anywhere in the UK. Cupcake and traybakes are available over the counter.
